The Casa Enzo Country Loaf is sourdough bread made by hand, one loaf at a time. We make it with the same standards we use to select every coffee lot: the finest ingredients, patience and attention to every detail.

The art of sourdough

Sourdough is a living culture that is fed and cared for every day. Each loaf ferments naturally and slowly, for as long as it needs to develop its crumb, its crust and a deep flavor that allows no shortcuts. It is not a process that can be rushed; it is a craft to be respected.

Made for you, not for a shelf

We keep no stock. Our bread contains no preservatives, and we want it to reach your table as it was meant to be: fresh and natural. That is why we begin making it once we receive your order.

From the moment you confirm your purchase, the process may take 3 to 4 days: feeding the starter, kneading, letting it ferment calmly, shaping and baking. That is the time it takes to do it right.

What it leaves out

No added fats. No added sugars. No preservatives.
